1. Data Administrator
The administrator of personal data is pluger.pl Systems. Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, license handling, and technical support.
2. Data we collect
- Email address (necessary for account creation and license delivery).
- Billing data (if the Client requests a VAT invoice).
- IP addresses and domains where licenses were activated (for verification purposes).
3. Payment Security
The service does not store full payment card details of Clients.
All transactions are processed directly by the payment operator Stripe Inc., which provides the highest security standard (PCI-DSS Level 1). The connection to the payment page is encrypted with SSL/TLS protocol.
4. Cookies
The service uses cookies to maintain user sessions (login) and for analytical purposes. The Client can manage cookie settings in their browser.
5. Data Sharing
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. They may be entrusted to processors (e.g. Stripe - payments, hosting provider) only to the extent necessary to provide services.
6. User Rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it ('the right to be forgotten') and restrict processing. For this purpose, contact us via /support.
