Service Regulations

1. General Provisions

These Regulations define the rules for using the pluger.pl online store, available at pluger.pl, run by pluger.pl Systems.

2. Definitions

  • Service – online store available at pluger.pl.
  • Client – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making purchases in the Service.
  • Product – WordPress plugin offered in the Service in digital form (license).

3. License Purchase Rules

License purchase takes place by selecting a Plan and making payment through the payment operator (Stripe). After successful payment, the Client receives a License Key to the provided email address and access to it in the Client Panel.

4. Delivery and Activation

Products are delivered exclusively electronically (digital delivery). Access to files and updates is possible after activating the License Key in the Client's WordPress installation.

5. License Restrictions

The license entitles to use the Product on a specific number of domains, according to the selected plan. It is forbidden to redistribute, resell or share Product files with third parties without the Provider's consent.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled by Stripe. In the case of subscription plans, fees are charged automatically according to the billing period (e.g. annually). The Client can cancel the subscription at any time in the Client Panel, retaining access until the end of the paid period.

7. Returns and Complaints

Due to the digital nature of the goods, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply after the delivery of digital content (License Key), to which the Client agrees upon purchase. In justified cases (e.g. technical error of the plugin impossible to fix by Support), a refund is possible within 14 days of purchase.

8. Technical Support

Technical support is available only to Clients with an active license. Submissions are accepted via the contact form or ticket system in the Client Panel.
